Policy.

I will fix all minor repairs in your home or office, repairs which take up to 4 hours are classed as Minor.
I carry a wide selection of parts which you may need for repairs or upgrades, and I can source any other parts quickly.

Major repairs may have to be taken away, I will carry these out and return your machine within 48 hours.
I give 12 months warranty on parts and labour.
My available hours are 8am to 8pm 7 Days a week. I am available for an emergency callout with no notice, or you can make an appointment if your requirements aren't so urgent.

I offer free email and phone support afterwards for any repairs, upgrades, or other work done.

I am also available for emergency callouts 8pm to 8am through the night but these will be charged at a higher rate.
